Start by creating a business profile on Exavi.You can add more pictures and keep your profile updated.
Customer service enquiries are sent to you on the partner app. You can provide a quote and any additional info related to the service. Be thoughtful and reasonable while doing this
Customers on receiving quotes choose the partner that they want to work with. Bookings are created by the customers and the partners are notified.
We recommend not trying to do this unless there is no other option. Consider rescheduling after talking to the customer. You can call our helpdesk no +91-9945118489 to get help in this regard
Currently customers pay directly to you.A GST Invoice generated on your behalf is sent to the customer and it is shared with you for your filings
We expect our partners to do their best work. Exavi captures multiple data points(currently manually and in future through app instrumentations) around the service. Any quality issues will be addressed using this data.
